Kaitlyn + Blaine’s story begins one unsuspecting day when Blaine had travelled to Denver for work + decided to turn on his dating app to see who was around the area. He started a conversation with Kaitlyn + one month later, that conversation was still going.

So when Blaine was back in Colorado for a camping trip soon after, he asked Kaitlyn to meet up for some tacos + margaritas. The date went so well that they met up for breakfast the next morning before Blaine had to head home to North Dakota.

Blaine was so smitten, less than a week later he drove 11 hours back to Colorado just to see Kaitlyn for the weekend.

Since they met during 2020, their wedding day was the first time a lot of their friends + family got to meet Kaitlyn + Blaine, making it even more special.

It was a warm, late autumn day in the mountains at one of the most romantic places to tie the knot in Colorado–a historic hotel surrounded by glorious views of both snow-covered peaks + golden-speckled trees.

Hotel Colorado was founded in 1893 + has been visited by the likes of Teddy Roosevelt, President Taft, + Molly Brown. The rich history throughout the building creates an escape to another time–an incredible location for a Colorado wedding.

With a backdrop straight out of a painting, Kaitlyn + Blaine made laughter-filled + tearful promises to one another for the rest of their lives.

They enjoyed the sunset together on top of Hotel Colorado–with all of the beautiful Glenwood Springs in sight, then it was time to put on some cowboy boots for a night full of dancing.
