Kevin + Taysia’s story is one of sweet spontaneity. The two were going to college in small-town Dickinson, North Dakota when they met. Who knew it would only take a quick simultaneous grocery run to their local market to cross paths–some things just have a way of working themselves out.
Taysia was working at the grocery store when Kevin went through the check-out line. The minute he saw her, he was immediately encapsulated + in that moment began to figure out a way to see her again.
After dating for a few years, Kevin decided it was time to pop the question that would begin their new adventure. His sweet Huntington beach girl said yes to his country-boy heart.
As the time came for their first look at the Silverthorne Pavilion, where aspens stand tall + green from the morning storms, the energy between Kevin + Taysia radiated. Both welled up with excitement knowing that this was the start to their sweetest day.
After the ceremony, appetizers and drinks were served where all their loved ones gathered at the Pavilions.
Taysia’s best friend gave a toast to remember, sharing stories of their life growing up in Huntington Beach, hearing about Kevin, the country boy from North Dakota, for the first time, and the beautiful memories of Taysia’s grandmother. Her spirit filled the room as tears were shed all around.
After the first dance’s ended, the party truly began + lasted through late in the night, as everyone gave it their all on the dance floor.
